Ok, I know this blog has been hibernating for sooo loooong…
I’m gonna make an attempt to revive it but can’t promise if it’ll stay on long..
Coz the owner of the blog is super duper busy nowadays..

She’s embarked on a new life journey altogether..
And yeah, tat she is me..

Hated this new journey when it first started..
But after almost half a year of doing it, Im starting to enjoy it..
And when I go on MCs, I actually missed my ‘clients’..
But then again, sometimes I hanker for a break when I’m at it..

And about the one exciting decision I left in my previous posting..
I can’t believe it’s been so long..
Time passed by so fast..
And only now I realized tat I have not taken any picture of it..

I shall take it soon and relieve the blog from all the suspense..

Why Dr. Mahathir insists on using English for math and science. Because globally people use the language as information and/or technology language at this moment. How dangerous it is if we were to use these words in Bahasa, especially in schools. See example below.

plug and play = cucuk dan main
port = lubang
server = pelayan
client = pelanggan

Try to translate this:

ENGLISH :"That server gives a plug and play service to the clients using either hardware or software joystick. The joystick goes into the port of the client.

"BAHASA :"Pelayan itu memberi pelanggannya layanan cucuk dan main dengan menggunakan batang gembira jenis keras atau lembut. Batang gembira itu dimasukkan ke dalam lubang pelanggan."

Congratulations to Class of 2008

I have jus finished reading Khaled Hosseini’s second novel, A Thousand Splendid Suns..
Other than movies, reading is another favourite pastime of mine..
And the book is beyond a doubt, one of the most remarkable book I’ve ever read..
His writing is stunning and very descriptive, like you can really feel the pain the characters were facing..
And I actually, unknowingly cried at certain parts of the story..
Like when Giti, Laila’s close fren, died..
When Laila had to send her daughter, Aziza, to the orphanage..
During Mariam’s final moments..
When Laila visited Mariam’s kolba..
And some others..
The book is definitely worth the read..

My brother is always amazed at how I will suddenly burst out with laughter or tears start to fall when I read a book..
I dun know when tis love for reading started..
Too bad for those who don’t find much joy in it..
Coz I believe one can “see” the whole world through the pages..

Oh, 1 more thing..
Am I lucky or am I lucky?
Dad booked another nite at the Swissôtel The Stamford tis weekend..
Coz I missed the fireworks last week..
Though they said it was very few, i still wanna watch it..
Ever since i was little, fireworks always amaze me..
But tis one, it's the location tat i'm gonna watch it from tat really excites me..
The distance between me and the firework will be closer..
Hah..
I’m so gonna make sure I won’t miss it again tis time..

Stayed at the tallest hotel in Southeast Asia, Swissôtel The Stamford..
Our room wasn't really tat high up..
It was on the 26th floor, compared to the 61st floor during our first stay there..

Lucky for us, there was the rehearsal for our nation’s 43rd birthday, which was a fantabulous added benefit..
We caught the air show from the balcony of our room..
The planes were flying like real close to us and the noise were thunderous..
It was an enormously great experience, way beyond words..
I wanted to watch the fireworks from the balcony too..
Waited patiently for it..
Then at about 8pm my dad called and needed me at the lobby..
So I went down, and jus as I reached the lobby..
I heard it!!
“Dooommm”
“Doomm Dooomm”
Ah man, I missed it..
I really wanted to watch it from the balcony..
I dun know when will I ever get tat chance again..
Oh well, at least i get the chance to stay there..
I had a real good sleep, till I missed my morning prayers..
The bed were extremely comfortable..
And I submerged myself in a bubble bath for almost an hour the following morning..
I wished I had all those in my house..
Wishful thinking..
Hah..

Met Dearie on the Sunday, and watched the movie “Wanted”..
He said it was just ok..
Though it’s a bit of an over-the-top action movie..
I’d say it’s a great movie..
I prefer these kind compared to the superheroes..
The actions in the film were all top notch, lots of slam-bang action scenes, which somehow reminded me of The Matrix..
I like the plot..
Especially the twist element in it..
The main character played by James McAvoy made the movie an even excellent one..
To me, his performance was marvelous..
Angelina Jolie managed to kick some ass too, and she actually showed her own, though very briefly..
And I especially like how the movie ended..

I’ve been seriously thinking of getting something for myself lately..
Nobody in the world, except for Dearie and of course those salespeople whom I’ve enquired to, know about tis..
It’s a secret..
And still gonna be a secret..
Until the moment I get it..
Hopefully soon..

Now I can't wait for 9th of July..

Someone can't wait at all..

Already put it on..
